Where do I pick up my key?

Picking up your key is both simple and convenient.  As you pull into Mammoth you will go straight through the first light and make your first left onto Laurel Mountain Road. Drive past Bank of America and on your left you will see our office and key bank (open 24-hours a day / 7-days a week).  Enter the key-code sent to you on your Mammoth Passport and your key will be released.  Call us toll free if you should experience any problem.

What should I bring for my stay?

The Mammoth Passport is the most important thing to bring as it contains directions and the key code necessary to release the key to your rental property.  In addition to your Mammoth Passport we suggest bringing items that may not be found standard in the rental property:  hair dryer, an iron, and shampoo.

What is in a typical condo on the MFD program?

In a typical condo on our rental program you will find fresh linens and towels, seating, bedding, dishes and silverware for the licensed capacity of the condo.  In addition, we stock toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing detergent, dish soap and regular bar soap.  All of the condos have basic pots and pans for cooking.  A television and VCR are standard.  If the condo has additional multimedia equipment such as DVD players, stereos and video game stations they are listed on-line in the property description page under amenities.

Lost and Found?

If you have stayed in one of our condos and have lost an item let us know as soon as possible.  We will attempt to locate the item by checking the unit and/or by speaking with the cleaning company.  If we are successful at locating it you may choose from one of the following options to regain possession:

  • We can safeguard it for you to pick-up within a 2-month period or
  • We can mail the item back to you at cost plus a $10 handling fee.

When do holiday reservations become available on-line?

Booking on-line is made available 120 days prior to the date of arrival.  With that in mind, the soonest properties become available for the Christmas holiday period is late August.

Is there a waiting list?

To add your name to our waiting list use the “Contact Us” page under the Vacation Planner tab.  There you are able to enter your contact information as well as the dates of your desired stay.  Request to be placed on the waiting list under the comments tab.  This information gets inputted into our database and we will call you in the event of a cancellation.
